These launch-site terms cover use of the public marketing surface before fully self-serve onboarding is made available.

Use of the public site

The X-Ploy public site is provided to describe products, capture launch interest, and route users into the correct sign-in or onboarding path.

Submitting a contact, trial, or request-access form does not by itself create a customer account, provision software, or guarantee service availability.

Content and access

X-Ploy may update product descriptions, launch positioning, pricing guidance, and sign-in routing as the public launch evolves.

Any access to CRM, career, or client-portal environments remains subject to separate account terms, operational approvals, and service-specific rules.

Operational boundaries

The public website is not a self-hosted email platform, payment processor, or public discussion forum in this launch phase.

Future features such as forums, self-serve provisioning, or hosted customer websites may be introduced later under separate terms and technical controls.
