Privacy notice
This launch-site privacy notice explains what public-site form data is collected and how it is handled before full self-serve rollout.
Information collected
We collect contact details, company information, product interest, and the message content you submit through public marketing forms.
We also log technical request metadata such as IP address, user agent, request path, and delivery status for abuse protection, troubleshooting, and follow-up handling.
How the data is used
Submitted data is stored in the X-Ploy platform database so the launch and onboarding team can qualify requests, respond to inquiries, and continue assisted provisioning workflows.
Transactional follow-up emails may be sent using Postmark or other infrastructure explicitly configured by X-Ploy for platform-owned email delivery.
Retention and sharing
Public-site submissions are retained as business records for launch operations, abuse review, and customer follow-up unless a shorter retention window is required by law or contract.
X-Ploy does not treat public-form data as open marketing inventory; access is limited to staff and systems involved in customer communication, launch operations, and security controls.
