Why assisted onboarding is the right first launch move
Early public launches often fail when the site promises instant self-serve but the provisioning stack is not truly ready.

There is nothing wrong with launching before self-serve is complete, as long as the site says what the operating model really is.
For X-Ploy, the first release should:
- collect qualified leads,
- route them to the correct product path,
- let operators provision access manually,
- use hosted billing tools where they already exist.
That gives the public site a real job today while leaving room for self-serve later.
The opposite approach, where marketing promises frictionless signup before tenant creation and billing are deterministic, usually creates rework and support debt.
